Nehoa Time Maui Office

Our luxury watch authentication and buying office in Wailuku, Maui. Every piece is inspected, filmed, and documented before we write a check.

Inside Our Watch Authentication Office in Wailuku

Our Wailuku office is not a retail showroom. There is no display case with watches on velvet, no lounge music, no espresso machine. It is a working authentication office: a watchmaker bench with a timegrapher and a set of case-opening tools, a loupe station with consistent lighting for dial inspection, a filming setup where every authentication is recorded tied to the serial number, and a secure storage area for pieces in transit.

There is a conference table where in-person appointments happen. If you are bringing in a watch, this is where we sit down, open it up, and walk through the evaluation together. You see everything we see, as we see it.

The office is in Wailuku, Maui, walking distance from nearby parking and several other Wailuku parking. It is a real place with real equipment, not a P.O. box or a bedroom operation. If that matters to you (and if you are sending someone a $30,000 watch, it should), you are welcome to visit.

Watch Authentication, Payment, and Shipping from Maui

Every luxury watch that Nehoa Time buys, sells, or authenticates passes through our Maui office. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is done off-site.

Authentication

Movement check on the timegrapher, case inspection under magnification, dial and hands verification against the reference database, serial cross-reference, and the entire process filmed on the shop camera. The video record is tied to the serial number and retained.

Payments are initiated from here.

Wire transfers and USDT dispatched the same day the watch passes authentication.

Shipping

Insured labels generated, pieces packed in our shipping materials, dispatched via FedEx or UPS with full declared-value coverage.

In-Person Appointments

For local sellers and buyers, in-person appointments happen here. You bring the watch in, we authenticate it in front of you, and if we agree on a number, you leave with payment the same day.

Visit Our Maui Office for a Watch Appraisal

Our Maui watch appraisal appointments are by appointment only. Not because we are exclusive or trying to create scarcity theater. Because authentication takes time and we want the bench set up and the timegrapher ready when you arrive.

A typical appointment runs 30 to 45 minutes for a single piece, longer if you are bringing in multiple watches or a small collection. What to bring: the watch, any papers or documentation you have (warranty card, service records, original receipt), and a photo ID.

Parking: several nearby parking within walking distance. We validate parking for appointments that run over one hour.

Book a Watch Appraisal Appointment in Maui
