We take trade-ins on the brands collectors and buyers actually ask for. If your watch sits below the threshold, an outright sale is usually cleaner than trying to trade it toward something more expensive.
Nothing complicated. Below is what happens from the moment you get in touch to the moment the watches change hands.
Send the intake with your piece and the reference you want. If the target watch is not in our inventory, we can usually source it for the trade.
We authenticate your piece and set a trade value on it: fair market minus a small margin, based on recent comparable sales. We quote the target piece against the same benchmark. You see both numbers side by side.
You inspect the piece you are trading toward, in person at the Maui office or on video. Movement, dial, case, service history. If it is not right for you, we walk away, no cost.
Watches change hands. Wire settles the cash difference in either direction: you owe us if the target is more valuable, we owe you if your piece is worth more. Bank wire or USDT, same day.
Three routes, and the right one depends on what you actually want on the other side of the transaction: another watch, cash today, or the highest possible number weeks from now.
You want another watch, and you want it soon. You hand over your piece, you take the target piece home, and the wire settles the difference. Cleanest option if you have a specific reference in mind.

Common upgrade paths: entry-level Rolex toward a Submariner, GMT or Daytona. Steel sports Rolex toward a Patek Nautilus or AP Royal Oak. Omega toward Rolex. Vintage toward modern, or the other way. The specific pairing matters less than the mechanics: one transaction, one day, and you walk out with the piece you wanted rather than a bank transfer and a hunt still ahead of you.
