    What’s this appointment for

Anything about the piece or the visit

Anything about the piece or the visit

We’ll confirm by phone or email once your window is locked in.

What to Expect at the Visit

Walking you through the visit removes the guesswork.

    Building entry

Call from the lobby or use the buzzer for the specific unit (details will be in your appointment confirmation). Someone from our team will come out to meet you or wave you up depending on the building layout that day.

    Meet at reception

Introductions, coffee or water if you want it, and a quick walkthrough of what the appointment will cover. We confirm which service you booked for (sale, consign, or trade) and lay out the sequence so you know what is coming.

    Move to the secure room

Physical inspection happens in the secure room. Movement, case, dial, serial. You are in the room the entire time and can watch or ask questions as we work. The full authentication process is described on the /authentication page.

    Value discussion, firm offer, payment

Once authentication is complete, we discuss what we saw and what the number looks like. Firm offer is on the table. You accept, negotiate, or walk away. Payment can be arranged on the spot if you accept (bank wire or USDT; cash is available for pieces below the AML threshold).

    What to Bring

The full list. Nothing else required.

    The watch itself

On your wrist or in its box. Both work. If in a box, please bring the box itself as it counts toward the completeness of the piece and adds value.

    Government-issued photo ID

Drivers license, state ID, or passport. Required for any transaction above certain values under federal reporting rules. If you plan to sell, this is not optional. If you are just getting an appraisal, we still ask for ID at check-in but the paperwork side is lighter.

Original papers, if you have them

Warranty card, service records, purchase receipt. If you have papers, bring them. If you do not, that is fine (see the /how-it-works parent for how no-papers pieces are handled). Do not photocopy anything in advance; we do not need copies.

Original box and accessories, if available

Box, straps, spare links, spring bars, tools, all of it. Adds to the value of the piece as a complete set, and helps us document what you brought in. Missing accessories are not disqualifying, but present accessories help.

    Parking and Transit

Downtown parking is not the easiest in Maui. Here is what works.

    Street parking

is limited to 2 hours in the downtown business district and can be difficult to find during weekday business hours. Not recommended for anything longer than a standard appraisal. If you need to stay longer (consignment or trade), use a garage.

    Public transit

several TheBus routes stop within a few blocks of the office. From Kahului Airport (OGG), about 25 minutes by taxi or rideshare, or roughly 35 minutes by TheBus route 20 during weekday hours. From Waikiki, 15 to 20 minutes by taxi or rideshare, roughly 30 minutes by TheBus route 2. From Kapolei, 30 to 40 minutes by taxi or rideshare, 60 minutes by TheBus.

    Paid garages

within a few blocks of the office. Typical rates are $8 to $15 for a standard appointment length. Ask us for the closest garage in your appointment confirmation and we send you the current pricing and directions.

    Appointment Durations

How much time to block, by appointment type.

    Standard sale appraisal

30 to 45 minutes. Covers authentication, value discussion, firm offer, and payment logistics if you accept. Most sellers book in the morning for a same-day settlement afternoon.

    Consignment intake

45 to 60 minutes. Longer because we sign the consignment agreement at the visit, discuss the listing timeline, and agree on the reserve price and marketing approach. Consignment period and commission structure are covered on the /consignment page.

    Trade-in

60 to 90 minutes. Both the current piece and the target piece need review, plus the trade math and any cash difference. If the target piece is not yet in our inventory, we may need to arrange a follow-up visit.

    Multiple watches or collections

90 minutes plus, scheduled as an extended appointment. For collections above five pieces, we book a dedicated half-day or full-day slot with the intake team.

    Virtual (video call) appointment

30 to 45 minutes over Zoom or Google Meet. Same appraisal conversation, no travel required. See below for when this is a good fit.

    Virtual Appointments for Remote Sellers

For sellers who cannot visit in person but want to talk before shipping.

Video appointments cover the same authentication conversation as an in-person visit, over Zoom or Google Meet. Useful for consignment interviews where the seller wants to meet the team before signing an agreement. Useful for high-value ship-in decisions where the seller wants to see the office and the team before entrusting a $50,000 piece to a courier. Useful for sellers who prefer to talk before submitting an intake.

Same 30 to 45 minute duration. Book the same way as an in-person appointment; choose ‘video call’ from the appointment type dropdown. We send the meeting link in the confirmation email.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How far ahead do I need to book?

Typically 1 to 3 business days for standard appraisal slots. Same-day appointments are sometimes available for urgent visits, call 808-960-2001 to check. For consignment intake or trade-in, we recommend 3 to 5 business days ahead so we can prepare.

24 hours notice is appreciated. No cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule at short notice, call as soon as you know; we will find another slot.

Standard hours are weekdays 10am to 5pm HST. We arrange select Saturdays and occasional late-afternoon appointments (after 5pm) for out-of-town visitors on a tight schedule. Ask when booking.

Yes. Many sellers bring a spouse, family member, or advisor. We ask you to keep the party to two or three for space reasons. For collections or high-value pieces where an advisor is involved, tell us in advance so we can set up the right room.

Text or call 808-960-2001. If you are less than 15 minutes late, we usually can still take the appointment. If more, we may need to reschedule depending on the day, but we always try to accommodate.

Yes, for collections above five pieces. Book a dedicated slot (90 minutes to a half-day depending on the size). We prep the room and the team so we can move efficiently through the whole set.

Yes. Some sellers want to meet us and see the piece appraised, then take it home to think it over, and ship it back if they decide to sell. That is fine. There is no obligation to leave the watch after the appointment.
