Our office is in Wailuku, Maui, by appointment only. Clients come to us from every island, and from the mainland by insured ship-in. Whichever you are, the process is the same and the answer comes back the same day.
This is not a retail storefront. It is a working authentication office where every visit is booked in advance. Here is what actually happens when you walk in.
You arrive at the appointment time at 1830 Mill St. in Wailuku and meet Gabriel. The watch is authenticated at the bench in front of you: timegrapher for the movement, magnification for the case and dial, serial cross-reference. The entire process is filmed on the shop camera and tied to the serial number. If we are buying outright, the offer comes back during the visit and, if you accept, we wire the same day. If you are consigning, we agree the target price and sign the paperwork on the spot. If you are trading, you inspect the piece you are trading toward before anything closes. Every visit is private.
Where we serve, split into two tiers. Maui is our home base and where the office is. Everywhere else, we buy through insured ship-in.
Our office is in Wailuku. Serving all of Maui: Central Maui (Wailuku, Kahului), South Maui (Kihei, Wailea), West Maui (Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua, Napili), Upcountry (Makawao, Pukalani, Kula, Haiku, Paia), and East Maui (Hana). Visit in person or ship from anywhere on the island.
Insured ship-in from Oahu to our Maui office. Overnight shipping, next-day authentication. Serving Honolulu, Waikiki, Kailua, Kaneohe, Pearl City, Kapolei, and all of Oahu.
Insured ship-in from Hilo, Kona, and anywhere on the Big Island. Same process, same pricing.
Insured ship-in from Lihue, Poipu, Princeville, and all of Kauai. Molokai and Lanai on request.
New York, Los Angeles, Miami (extended service): Our dealer network operates in NY, LA, and Miami, so we price against your local market. Ship insured to our Maui office, get paid the day the watch clears authentication.
The office is at 1830 Mill St. in central Wailuku, a short drive from Kahului Airport (OGG).
10 to 15 minutes by car. Take Hana Highway to Kaahumanu Ave, then south on Market St to Mill St.
25 to 35 minutes via Mokulele Highway north to Kahului, then west to Wailuku.
45 to 60 minutes via Honoapiilani Highway east through the Pali.
Street parking on Mill St. and nearby municipal lots in Wailuku.
Two service tiers, side by side. The left column is Hawaii, where the office is. The right column is our extended service for mainland sellers.
Visit our Wailuku office for same-day authentication and payment. Or ship from any island with our prepaid insured label. Maui sellers can walk in. Oahu, Big Island, and Kauai sellers ship overnight to the Maui office.
Our dealer network in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami means we price against your local market. Ship insured to our Maui office, authenticated in Wailuku, paid the same day it clears.
value your watch at real market, not at scrap-plus. Our numbers come from recent comparable dealer sales, not from local resale margins. What we do that a mainland ship-out cannot: authenticate in Hawaii, in-state, with a turnaround measured in days, not weeks.
You do not need to fly to Maui. Most neighbor island clients never do.
Send us photos and details, and we come back with a firm number the same business day. We arrange insured pickup or drop-off at your local FedEx or UPS, at no cost to you. The watch arrives at our Wailuku office next business day. We authenticate, confirm the firm number, and pay the same day it clears.
Overnight ship to Maui. FedEx/UPS locations across Honolulu, Kailua, Kaneohe, Pearl City, Kapolei.
The same ship-in process applies to our mainland service cities (New York, Los Angeles, Miami), with shipping taking 2 to 3 business days instead of overnight.
Short list. If something is missing, we tell you before you come in.
The piece itself, obviously. If you have a travel case that fits, use it.
Original papers or the warranty card. Photocopies are fine if the originals are elsewhere.
Any government-issued photo ID for the paperwork.
Inner box, outer box, hang tag if it survived. Nice to have, not required.
Any service invoices you still have. Recent authorised service raises the number.
Not a problem. We buy without box or papers every day. Just let us know in advance.
Not required. Not always the fastest, either, if you are off-island. But when you are on Maui and can make the drive to Wailuku, it is the clearest route.
You see the person. You see the watch authenticated in front of you. You ask what you want to ask, and you walk out with a decision made the same day, whether that is a wire transfer, a signed consignment, or your watch back in the box because you have decided to wait.
