The entire process is filmed on the shop camera, and the video is tied to the serial number. If you visit in person, you watch the authentication happen. If you ship, you receive a summary of the findings before we finalize the number. This is not a marketing differentiator; it is the reason our number is firm. We do not quote a range and then adjust downward after we see the watch. We quote a number based on photos, verify it through authentication, and pay. If authentication reveals something the photos did not show (an undisclosed service dial, a replaced movement part, a polished case that was described as unpolished), we tell you what we found and adjust the number before proceeding. No surprises.
Nehoa Time is not a single storefront trying to buy your watch and hope a retail customer walks in.
