By accessing nehoatime.com or engaging Nehoa Time’s services (buying, selling, consigning, trading, or authenticating watches), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Nehoa Time buys, sells, consigns, trades, and authenticates luxury watches. We deal in watches valued at approximately $3,000 and above from brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, Vacheron Constantin, and Jaeger-LeCoultre.
Offers provided by Nehoa Time are firm and based on the information available at the time of evaluation (photos, stated condition, reference number). Offers are valid for the period stated in the communication. An offer does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted by both parties. If authentication reveals material differences from the information provided (undisclosed repairs, replaced parts, condition not as described), Nehoa Time may adjust the offer prior to completing the transaction.
Authentication services provided by Nehoa Time represent the professional opinion of experienced watchmakers and dealers based on physical inspection. Authentication is not a guarantee of future value, investment performance, or manufacturer warranty coverage. While we apply twenty years of expertise and industry-standard methods, no authentication process is infallible.
Payment is made by bank wire transfer or USDT (Tether). Wire transfers initiated before 3pm ET typically settle the same business day. USDT transactions typically clear within one hour. For transactions above applicable thresholds, Nehoa Time complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may require additional identification documentation.
All shipments are insured at full declared value. Nehoa Time provides prepaid, insured shipping labels for sellers. Risk of loss transfers to the receiving party upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. In the event of loss or damage during transit, Nehoa Time will work with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the claim.
Watches purchased from Nehoa Time may be returned within the stated return window if the watch is in the same condition as received. Returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense using insured shipping. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned watch.
Nehoa Time’s liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount of that transaction. Nehoa Time shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Services are provided on an ‘as-is’ basis with no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the authentication report.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from these terms or from transactions with Nehoa Time shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.
